We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 USD via UPS or USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days) to anywhere in the United States. All orders less than $50 USD will incur a $7.50 USD shipping charge. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before shipping.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted for unopened products within 30 days of purchase date. Roots & Culture will issue a full refund for any returned products, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping to Roots & Culture. Please contact us immediately to initiate the return process so we can provide you with return shipping information. If the return is the result of an incorrect or defective product, as determined by the seller, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) AND associated shipping costs.

International Shipping

Due to convoluted customs laws and the lack of a reliably legal shipping path from seller to recipient we DO NOT offer international shipping at this time. We look forward to changing this policy as soon as possible.
