Returns

Returns will only be accepted for unopened products within 30 days of purchase date. Roots & Culture will issue a full refund for any returned products, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping to Roots & Culture. Please contact us immediately to initiate the return process so we can provide you with return shipping information. If the return is the result of an incorrect or defective product, as determined by the seller, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) AND associated shipping costs.

International Shipping

Due to convoluted customs laws and the lack of a reliably legal shipping path from seller to recipient we DO NOT offer international shipping at this time. We look forward to changing this policy as soon as possible.

Wholesale

Upon submission of Wholesale Customer Application (email wholesale@rootsva.com for access) you warrant that the information you have provided to Roots & Culture in the application is true and accurate in all respects.

In order to protect and maintain a premium brand image and consumer goodwill, Roots & Culture has determined that the minimum price at which it will advertise and sell Roots & Culture branded Products is the Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). This is a unilateral policy, does not constitute an agreement and is not a restriction against selling the Products at a particular price. In the event that you choose to sell Products at a price below the MSRP, Roots & Culture may discontinue sales and/or shipping of Products to you.
